Bobbie
Eftekar earned her Bachelor of
Science degree in Psychology
and Pre-Medicine, with a
specialization in Biology,
from Texas A&M University.
Bobbie graduated in 2001,
cum laude, in the top 10%
of her class. She obtained her
Juris Doctor from Santa Clara
University School of Law in
2005, where she graduated
cum laude and Order of
the Coif, and in the top
5% of her class. Bobbie
served as the Articles Editor
for the Santa Clara Law
Review.
From 2001
through 2005, Bobbie was a
Staff Engineer in Accident
Reconstruction and Product
Failure Analysis for Inno Tech
Engineering, in San Antonio,
TX, where she designed models
for expert witness testimony
in depositions and trials, and
assisted in the litigation of
products liability and
personal injury actions.
Bobbie
began her legal career at
Mount & Stoelker, P.C., in San
Jose, CA, where she focused on
intellectual property
litigation (trade secret,
trademark, patent and
copyright litigation),
business litigation and
general litigation.
In 2006,
Bobbie joined Quinn Emanuel
Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP.
At Quinn Emanuel, Bobbie
practiced intellectual
property litigation and
business litigation, including
conducting legal research, and
drafting complaints, answers,
memoranda, declarations,
discovery responses and
requests, stipulations and
orders.
In 2008,
Bobbie relocated to Orange
County and joined the Product
Liability Litigation group of
Snell & Wilmer, LLP. At Snell
& Wilmer, Bobbie was the lead
handling attorney for a
case-load of 15-30 litigation
matters at a time. Bobbie
handled all aspects of
litigation, including
pre-trial matters and served
as the primary associate on
several trials.
In 2011,
Bobbie left Snell & Wilmer to
pursue a career in Sports
Medicine, and is currently
getting her Masters of Science
at California State
University, Long Beach. Bobbie
joined Montage Legal Group in
2011, and continues to
practice law as a freelance
attorney. Bobbie is a member
of both the California Bar and
